Liquid collecting Flap
Usually used to collect the filtrate seeping out during filtration, it can also be used to collect sewage when cleaning the filter cloth;
installed under the filter plate, it consists of a liquid collecting plate, a liquid collecting tank, a crank, a cylinder, a solenoid valve, a reversing valve, etc. When reset under the drive of the electronic control system, the liquid collecting plate closes, and the filtrate is discharged from the collecting tank through the liquid collecting plate. After the filtration is completed, the liquid collecting plate rotates and flips down, and a space is formed under the filter plate. The filtered filter cake automatically falls to the conveyor or the ground below. The liquid collecting plate is made of stainless steel and fixed on the flap base frame. The collecting tank is made of stainless steel.
